Seriously, this shit hurts. I've had all sorts of nagging injuries over the past year or so......i may have to give up all this craziness. NAH....its too much fun.
 
Do you guys know what happens to the IT band or that part of the leg to cause the pain down the side of the thigh?...peace.

compression with an ace bandage while training will take care of it. let it heal, then when ya get back to training legs just wrap it up.

SUCKS DOESN'T IT!!!

I LAY ON MY SIDE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT AND I GET THIS WICKED DULL ACHE THAT RUNS DOWN THE OUTSIDE OF MY QUADS. IT FEELS LIKE I AM FLEXING MY LEGS ALL THE TIME. I AM GOING TO BUY ONE OF THOSE ROLLER THINGS.

DEEP TISSUE WOULD BE GOOD TOO....LETTING IT HEAL WOULD BE SMART! HOW MANY OF US ARE SMART? LOL
 
Im starting deep tissue massage this week once or twice for a while. The hardest thing is getting up and down right now after sitting.....OUCH!
