I have been researching this EDT program... has anyone tried this, how does it allow you to train other parts of your body?? seems like it would create an enviroment for over training.
it asks for training arms 2xs weekly for one month, then you switch body parts and focus on a different set of parts.
i was curious as to if anyone has tried it, what was your training split like??
