if an employer has a specific drug testing policy like the 9 prong recreational drug test that is in writing what they test for, could they legally test for AAS just on mere suscpicion, without changing the policy or without your knowledge / consent to test you for that? i dont think they would test for this, but its always a lingering thought in my mind, the legality of it. anyone have any leagl knowledge on the topic??
