I know it isnt the best thing you can do pre-workout, and lots of people probably cringe at the sugar content, etc, but how many people here hit these before workouts?
I was addicted to the AMP energy just because I had easy access to them, but I looked at the label on them versus a Monster one day and ended up switching over. The monster has a ton more vitamins and tastes a little better.
Anyone else using these for quick energy for workouts, and if so whats your favorite kind?
