Excess calories or GH- insulin abuse?

It seems common sense to me. Bodybuilding circa pre 90s vs. current pros. Bodybuilders were not having the distended bellies and huge waistlines back then. Is it because they werent eating as much food as they are now? I highly doubt it. Actually I think bodybuilders ate more food then. So why is it that in a time frame of 1 yr is the likes of Nasser and Ronnie able to go from 230lbs contest to 260lbs? Is it that they started eating more food or because they started abusing gh and insulin?

There are many other pros to name a few. Fux,Ruhl,Dorian and now currently Kai Greene. This seems like a no-brainer if you look at the facts. That is like saying Kai went from 230lbs to 250+ in a short time because he could afford to eat more? Thus gaining visceral fat making his midsection thicker and distended. Or was he finally able to afford the large amounts of gh and insulin giving him his current look?

This is just my observation and opinion that the size game is attributed to gh and insulin abuse.

everything goes hand in hand, the more gh/slin you take the more nutrients are needed to increase size, so gh/slin are not solely responsible for gut growth. jmo, have you ever read the quantities of food kai eats in one sitting?

This topic has been beat to death. I dont think we'll ever have an answer (although i wish we did).

In my own expeirance gh and slin did make my stomach grow, but it also made everything else grow. I was also packing in more calories then i needed also, which IMO, was a major contributor.

I think its a combination of the insulin and the excess calories taken in. I think it was Shelby, that said "dose your insulin to your carbs, not your carbs to your insulin". Probably the best advice i ever heard. I know when i take insulin it makes me hungry and i eat more than i probably need to.
