expel and plasma jet.....

anyone use these products?

expel says to use it for 10 days as a diuretic. some have said it actualy works similar to aldactone but takes longer to work,

plasma jet, is it ok to use w ephedrine and clen ect?

For it being a otc diuretic it works great. you dont need to use it for 10 days though.

I like plasmajet for precontest as it doesn't have any carbs and I think only 5 calories. Good for a boost once in the week.

no not heading up to nj or pa. lkg and i are doing the maryland in a few weeks. its going to be a good show as it is so late in the season and close to the nats, so if someone needs a qualifiacation.....its a good deal. hows things going? im gonna try the plasma, i like the no calories/stimulants in it. just looking to feel a bit fuller.

Ive used the EXPEL a few times and it didnt work for me.
I wouldnt use it again.
