GH gives me puff eyes big time, high estrogen will too.

Here is why many people get super puffy eyes sometimes: too low sodium intake on a regular basis, then one day you eat a very high sodium meal (restaurant meal, 5-10g sodium) and you high aldosterone levels from the normal lack of sodium will cause you to hold an amazing amount of water the next day, especially in the face for some reasons it seems. I have seen this 100s of times in personal training clients that eat super low sodium diets and then go out for a big dinner.

It frustrates my to see how drugged up u look like on kratom.
Dosent matter if its 2 or 5 grams. It messes with your eyes like hell.

A few days off taking kratom and it look like u havent slept for weeks

I think when you get too toxic you get that tired look. Liver values get too high and kidneys can’t flush out the toxins. Probably sleep apnea too.
