Now boxing is a real man's sport! Always had a lot of respect for boxers as they seem to do everything in a simple, yet hard manner. No bullshit stairmaster or other fancy cardio devices, plain outdoors running. No bullshit bro science diet, just make sure you don't eat too much. The genius is in the simplicity.
