Mix lemon lime carbo force with any kind of vanilla whey and voila you've got a key lime pie baby!!!!!! (So much sugar you may go comatose.) This is the hardest thing to go without while I diet for a contest, not sure why.

right now I'm not having any carbs late in the day so its just one big scoop each of TP's whey isolate and one big scoop TP's egg white protein and 2oz LBA's, mixed in water. Both powders are chocolate coconut flavor and the LBA's are either chocolate or coconut

when my diet is over i'll add 40-50grams of dextrose to that

That key lime sounds real good.

I like my vanilla whey isolate with a banana and skim milk. Simple and tastes great!
