Felony for personal stash??

A buddy of mine was telling me that currently in this state, a personal supply of steroids is a petty misdemeanor. He is a cop here and I was just picking his brain on the subject. He pulled a handbook out of his suad car and showed me proceedure for finding gear on an individual. Basically its at the cops discretion unless it is obvious its for sale (in which case it becomes a felony). I was just curious if it was like this everywhere, or just certain states, and if any of you knows when it will be a felony countrywide?

A book called "Legal Muscle" by: Rick Collins has all the info you will need about laws in diff. states.. .. It seams the law's are different in every state..

Varies from state to state. Some somlpe possesion is a felony. Rick Collins book is a good source to find out laws in the state you live.

It always a felony if they can find a way to charge you with it. Six months of some guys cycle stash would make them big time sources in most cops eyes. Again you need someone who can sort through the BS.

The real charge is what you and the prosecuter agree to!


It is usually something much less unless you have prior.
