I'm hearing about and seeing more and more south americans getting into this kind of crap...
some people use implants to make their muscles look bigger in a retarded way that looks disgusting... but these dudes inject 100s upon 100s of cc of oil in their muscles until it gets life threatening.
I have seen videos of people documenting their injections... they don't even workout (especially in brazil) and they just keep on looking more and more retarded as the video goes on, until you find them in ER during the last couple of seconds of the clip....
I have seen 2 cases where people have actually died because of this
