Finally Healed Up !!!

After over 2-1/2 weeks im finally able to eat normal, again, and my hip is healed.
Cant wait to get back into the gym I definatley have lost some strength, size, and cut. :banghead:

Ive learned a valuable and expensive lesson, on cleaning the injection site. As i had been lazy on this procedure.

Anyways, great to be healed up !!! :headbang:

Good to hear bro.....Yeah always take the 1-2 min and wash your hands...wipe down the injection site and the top of the bottle before and after you draw from it...I would hate to see anyone have to go through this .

Bro. I always shot after I take a shower. I clean the stopper and my ass...Good to have you back..

Yeah, i knew to do that... just got lazy, I guess after the 20 yrs (off and on)
of doing a kazillion injections.

Trust me, now i do all the correct procedures of cleaning the injection site...

it is really easy to get lazy w it if your not paying much attention, i had to slow down the process and made sure I was always sanitized, esp after some of the stories ive heard on here. yikes!
