FIRST THIGH SHOT....DAMN!!!!

ok this is my first thigh shot(500mgs Galenkia Test Depo). It did not hurt for teh first 4 hours, but now GOD DAMN!!! I am limping like hell. I guess I will have to tell everyone I had a great leg workout...just wanted to share

Galenikas are good, when I did my first one, I did it with 2.c.c's of sust 250...OUCH.

I always try and take that "sensitive" gear in the glutes - rarely bothers me there.

NOt bad this morning at all. hot shower and a little massage helped. I thought I was going to be in a world of hurt this morning???

Oh yes, I remember my first leg shot, like a fool I put half in one leg and half in other.

A day later and I couldn't work out how to walk, try limping on both sides.

Now I'm used to it but for some reason I always have to work harder to get the needle in, it's like my thighs are tougher skin than my ass!!!!

I found if your oils usually hurt it's best to take the shot first thing in the morning. That way the muscle is moving and blood flow is optimal. If you shot before bed, like I've done sometimes. You wake up and the muscles have locked up from cramps(thigh shots).
