What happens when you cross The Flash with John J. Rambo???

Going to be running,

100mg sustanon
800mg deca
400mg mast enan

Will see if there is any merit to this low test, high deca theory. This is a continuation of my last thread so I'll be sharing meals and training as I always do and running this thread through the end of the year.

My goal is to get hard and lean this year. Don't care about weight and being huge, just want to look stage ready all the time!

Deca for Cutting ? I never even went over 600mg and looked like a Water Buffalo.
Maybe the Mast will Help.

My sex drive is better on lower test.

I'm going to be eating clean, I'll post meals. Not going to be eating the Concreter nightly special of a tub of ice cream and gallon of milk lol. Bloat is 90% diet.

Yes, following this program now. Don't plan on switching as of now. Will need to add cardio.

This is 7 exercises for 3 sets each total 21 sets. Heavy sets with reps of 12, 10-12, 6-10 with dropset on third set.

Day A:

Chest press 3 sets
Lateral raises 3 sets
Rows 3 sets
Bicep curls 3 sets
Squats 3 sets
Hip adductors 3 sets
Crunches (abs) 3 sets

Day B:

Shoulder press 3 sets
Pec deck or flies 3 sets
Lat pulldowns 3 sets
Tricep pushdowns 3 sets
Squats 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
Crunches (abs) 3 sets

Training 3x a week: A-B-A

Man I love it! It doesn't get much more simple than that. I used to train very similar to that and always made great gains. It made me think about how much volume I'm doing currently and if I might need to cut some things back and make some adjustments. This morning I did 30 sets split over quads hams and calves.

I've been doing it about 6 months or so and have really enjoyed it. I used to do the old bro split 5 days a week. But if I missed a day, I would miss that bodypart. This way, everytime I train, I pretty much train it all.

This has done wonders for my leg development.

Tonight I dosed the following from the new Flash Labs product line,

50mg sust
400mg deca
200mg mast enan

Also dosed 2mg dac.

I'm going to be doing this twice a week.

I'm also running MA Research hexarelin at 100mcgs 2-3x a day.

After Rambo and I talked....I changed the way I've been training for years. Dropped a lot of volume...which allowed me to bump up frequency.

I like to train like Rambo for a couple months then go back to one muscle per day for a couple months. It’s a good way to keep things fun and shock the body.

I was thinking about something and wanted your take since I see your Deca is twice that of mast.

Since mast is known to dry you up, if it's used at a higher dosage, in this case, higher than deca, would it "counteract" the lubrication effects of deca? Is your deca higher due to that thought, or just because you wanted to use deca at higher amounts due to it's positive effects?

just curious about thoughts on this. Maybe I'm overthinking it.
