I was doing some flexing in the mirror the other day when it hit me, I have lost my ass. I've heard this is a plague that hits alot of men as they get older. Is there anything I can do to specifically target the glute region. I've been flexing my glutes on most of my lower body exercises where glutes are affected buttt to no avail. I've heard from some lady friends that walking the stairs really works the glutes hard. Is it time for me to go buy The Buns Of Steel video?
