I partially tore my pec back at the end of May. Competed in bodybuilding end of October without much of a difference between the 2 pecs.
I let mine heal naturally as well but I upped my gh to 7ius from 3ius and added some IGF-1, GHRP2, within 8 weeks I was , back to benching a plate, also when chest wasnt as painful I started a cycle with some Deca in there. 3 months post tear I was back to benching 315 for 8-10.
But the last few weeks of prep, chest started hurting more and doing 315 on incline smith machine felt a tiny little twitch. Arm had some minor discoloration but nothing serious.
Most of my friends couldn't believe how quickly it healed, I attribute that to the GH + IGF + GHRP stack I did plus the cycle I started.
