For those who have torn a pec.

I partially tore my pec back at the end of May. Competed in bodybuilding end of October without much of a difference between the 2 pecs.

I let mine heal naturally as well but I upped my gh to 7ius from 3ius and added some IGF-1, GHRP2, within 8 weeks I was , back to benching a plate, also when chest wasnt as painful I started a cycle with some Deca in there. 3 months post tear I was back to benching 315 for 8-10.
But the last few weeks of prep, chest started hurting more and doing 315 on incline smith machine felt a tiny little twitch. Arm had some minor discoloration but nothing serious.

Most of my friends couldn't believe how quickly it healed, I attribute that to the GH + IGF + GHRP stack I did plus the cycle I started.
 
I've torn my pec and both rotator cuffs. It was scary when it happened but was relieved they were all partial tears. Though my pec doesn't give my problems, my right shoulder still does. When they did an MRI the doc noticed some serious arthritis. It really taught me to train by how things feel. If nothing is bothering me, I can tack on some weight. However, if my shoulder is sore, I may pick different exercises and lighten things up. It been an up and down roller coaster since my injuries teaching me to really listen to my body. The one positive was, although I've lost a lot of strength, I really learned to tighten my diet and at least improved my physique!
 
I completely tore my pec from the humerus bone and I am actually in the process of healing now... I had surgery October 5th... I've regained complete full range of motion and now have started light strength training with bands and stuff I still have yet to touch anything heavy.... I ran hgh at 5 IUs a day and it seems like it really has done magical things for me... I'm really bothered by the atrophy that this has cause in the area of the tear but hoping it doesn't look to bad on stage.
