Most methyl folate will be in pill form. I’m assuming you have the MTHFR gene mutation?

Most injectable forms won’t contain any form of folate. I use Amino Asylum’s “Shredder” which is B’s with Carnitine. But no folate. I take that in supplement form.

There’s other items you can do if that is the gene you have as I’m sure you’re aware of. But def keep a check on homocysteine levels in the blood. 😊

Homocysteine being low is an excellent sign. For many who have the gene expression it’s hard to keep it low while running high amounts of gear. This can be very bad for artery and heart health.

TMG- 2-5g per day.
Methyl folate as you’re doing.

I have an iron gut but when I've played with TMG at a decent dose I can't trust a fart to save my life? Any issues on your end with this or ideas? I've tried titrating up but when I get to a couple grams it's an issue.

Some will say take it first thing in the AM on empty stomach.

For me I throw it in my pre or intra shake as I use insulin on all workout days. Have zero issues using it this way.

I’d avoid using cheaper brands as well. Seems obvious I know, but some of the stuff on Amazon has low quality I’ve found.

Interesting thing about Amino Asylum is that I already homebrew Carnetine and my oils.... Maybe I can start making also that mix as injectable.
I need only to find the powders...

Betaine or tri-methyl glycine is TMG.
 
Apple cider vinegar delays stomach emptying just like berberine, cinnamon or chromium so they are not necessarily good for bodybuilders who eat huge amounts of food - that's why I don't understand today's fashion for eating metformin or GDA like candy.
Saw you stopped all GDA´s, do you still ´use´ cinnamon and/or chromium tho?
 
Apple cider vinegar has been shown to dose-dependently reduce α-amylase and α-glucosidase activities.
Most commercial vinegars work in the same way actually. This is the first study I've ever seen stating the opposite (there're literally dozens on this matter).
Fuck, I take a tablespoon before most meals and upon waking ! 😂

Again, pretty much everyone takes way to much and the cons outweight the pros.

Would you only use on cycle ?

Wouldn’t make sense on a cruise would it if someone was taking say 150 to 200mg test a week we wouldn’t expect prolactin to be high in most people
