Artificial sweetners!!!! Splenda, Equal... can cause major gas and bloating problems... simply because your gut can't digest them properly... if you use a lot of these... take several days off from using them... It did wonders for me... I also added in a Culterelle cap daily to support healthy gut flora!!!

i have had some relief here recently. May have been to slight increased food intake. I rarely take in over 100g carbs/meal. Im certain its the combo of artificial sweeteners and veggies. I have also taken a couple otc gas relief meds and it has dramatically reduced my stomach distention and gas. thanks for the help.

digestive enzymes for sure i like papaya been taking them for years works better then rolaids and tums IMO. gentler on your stomach too
