gettin irritated

so i used a new company for lab supplies (pins, fliters, glass etc...) it is well known but i wont mention the name yet. i put the order in 2 weeks ago on a monday, the following day i got a confirmation email that said it was shipped. i checked my credit card online and it was billed. here it is over 2 weeks and no package. they are shipping from florida, im in nc. last time i bought stuff from fla it came in that same week roughly 3 days later. so i email the company about it, he says he will look into it. i emailed him a few days ago to politly ask if he heard anything new. still no response. what should i do? im not giving up on this. if it was maybe 20-40 bucks i woudlnt worry but it was 130. ive never used this company before but it is well known and trusted. they are a sponsor for another board, and surprisingly enough there is a new post on that forum with a guy saying pretty much the same thing happened to him with this company last month and still no response. any help will be appreciated

Sorry to hear that bro, I just recently went astray from SterileSyringes and it took about a month to get my supplies. Emailed them three times and eventually found out that they had a problem and forgot to ship it??!!! I feel you bro, I suggest sticking with what is proven...........
