At what dose do you guys thing insulin resistence starts to kick in when taking GH. I'm doing 10iu per day & I'm definitely flatteing out due to this problem. I suppose I have 2 choices. Lower the GH to 5iu per day or start using humalog. Now, here's what doesn't make sense to me, insulin wise. I keep reading that you only want to do insulin 2-3x a week max, for your post workout meals. However, if one is insulin resistant due to high GH dosages, wouldn't this 'waste' the other meals, due to the none prescence of insulin during those feeding periods? My theory would be to use less insulin 2-3 times per day. Perhaps 3-5iu tops eo meal, either every day or eod. But certainly more frequently than just 2-3x a week for one post workout meal. Any thoughts? I'm bulking on Test & tren & should definitely be a lot more pumped & fuller than & I am, & I lay the blame on my high GH dosage & the insulin resistence that accompanies it. Any thoughts!!!!!
