I have a guy on the npc national level advising me on my up coming national qualifier and this time aroung besides discussing juice I had asked about throwing in some GH this time around. Now I have read just about everything there is out there about this stuff with the majority saying stay on for long periods of time to get the most out of it and they keep their dosages moderate in the 4-6iu range,BUT he says you only need it for short courses and his dosages are a bit higher than that. Now last year when he was getting ready for the USA's I could tell he was hitting the "G", lean as all out,the gut with armor plated abs and all, plus when he got back and I saw him it was even more in-damn-credible! All this from 6-8 weeks? How does this comparison contrast with the standard way of using GH? I read from dave palumbo that anything more than 4iu a day is a waste but I seriously doubt dave is using 4iu a day! I don't doubt that my man does'nt know his stuff because he put me on his training routine and diet and I have made the biggest gains in my life with out using anything as of yet. What do you guys think? Peace..
