Necrotizing Faciatis (probably spelled wrong) is some realy bad shit , not sure if thats a real photo but it does eat flesh at an amazing rate , you can actualy watch it move. I responded to a 911 hang up call once where a guy was having bad leg cramps , he dailed 911 and fainted in the conversation.

they took him to the ER where the doc thought it was a bad bruise within a couple hrs it had broke the skin and worked it way to his knee , they ended up amputating his leg at the hip several hrs later after the proper diagnosis came in.

it all stemmed from an ingrown toenail he dug at earlier that morning !!!

just another reason to wash your hands and be extra carefull when you do your shots.
