Gloucophage vs. Metaformin..please list expirences
Im not on any A.S. now and wont be for awhile therefore, Im thinking about incorporating either gloucophage or metaformin into my "natural" training regimen. Ive heard that when taken with creatine/glutamine you can really get a nice effect and really make some decent gains. Anyone have any info regarding sides, usage etc.. thanks in advance.

Firstly:Glucophage contains the active ingredient METFORMINE.
It's not so amazing even if you stack it with creatine.
It made to me a great stomach enlargement(something like insulin, but with less gains)and some nausea so maybe I stopped too soon to see the results-

I tend to think insulin is one thing that ONLY works as an inject. THe oral versions like meta and Gluco just don't work as well.

Glucophage is the brand name for metformin hydrochloride.
Metformin is NOT oral insulin. People confuse it as such, because in most countries oral insulin is called Diamicron and metformin is called Diaformin.
When your body releases insulin, over time, your insulin receptors get 'dull', less responsive. In advanced stages that becomes type II diabesis.
Metformin 'refreshes' those receptors, making them more sensitive to the insulin that your body releases.
It is a great product. Taken straight after a large meal, within the hor you will have EXTREMELLY full muscles. Dosages are 500mg after a normal to large carb meal, 1,000mg after a big carb meal and 1,500mg after all you can eat at Pizza Hut. You can take it after as many meals in a day as you wish, as long as those are large carb meals.
I believe every human should be on metformin, as it helps keep your insulin receptors fresh and as such it will prevent typeII diabesis.

Big A if you like metformin you should try phenformin; it is the next generation product and even more effective at increasing insulin sensitivity. The stuff really shines when on carb restrictive diets; you can still get some awesome pumps in the gym when doing a keto diet or just simply being restrictive w/ your carbs.

Thanks for all the help fellas. I never had a problem with IP's stuff so maybe I'll give the phenoformin a try. What do you guys think...go with the bootleg phenoformin or stick with a reputable metaformin brand? Thanks again.,

Hi
glucophage is the brand name, metformin is the generic name, both the same med.
A lot of my diabetic clients are on this drug, it makes you more sensitive to your own insulin so your body only releases a small amt instead of a ton, which can make you fat.
there was a study done on NON-diabetic teens who needed to loose weight. The teens that got the drug lost twice as much weight as the group that got the placebo.
I put my boyfriend on this and got it online w/out a script. He is very resisitant to loosing fat and I suspect has hyperinsulinemia due to family history etc. He's only been on it a few weeks, so I'll have to let you know later how it's coming. Here's a link to were I got it:
