does anyone else piss more often when taking one or all 3 of these? i piss a lot as it is, and when i take any of these it exacerbates it...oh and pre-workout drinks too! am i the only one lol?
 
i think its the creatine.. I piss a lot in general too. But when I take those animal paks and animal cuts, I have to piss every god damn hour..sucks.

I have symptoms of an enlarged prostate which includes pissing more and which gets worse when I take the supplements listed.

Creatine

Hey bro thanks for the reply. I don't necessarily believe I have enlarged prostate. I do go often but the stream is strong and there's no problems actually going. The things I listed just make the frequency more pronounced which sucks!
 
If you are on a low carb diet at the time it could be Ketosis.

I do pee a lot more than most,I do NOT have any prostate issues and just last week one day I drank coffee all day and that night I got about 4 hours sleep and then got up EVERY HOUR after that to pee ..i know cuz I looked at the clock every time, some nights I get up once or twice and other many, same thing in the day, but yea preworkouts and drinking lots of gatorade, coffee or tea will do it.

ahh im not alone lol! ya bro its bad, sometimes on the days i take pre-workout drinks ill have to piss like every half hour, add glutamine/bcaa in there and forget about it...gets annoying fast

personal experience, and as far as i know, due to "liquid retention" its the creatine.

none of the others mentioned do that efect, taken them isolated from others. (except diuretics, caffeine, fat burners..)

sometimes we over complicate things....i mean im drinking a gallon+ of water a day for the most part, on top of 1-2 cups coffee a day, pre-workout drink, and then when i use glutamine, etc its race horse status lol. so i guess i can stop worrying about it:D
