i think its the creatine.. I piss a lot in general too. But when I take those animal paks and animal cuts, I have to piss every god damn hour..sucks.
If you are on a low carb diet at the time it could be Ketosis.

I do pee a lot more than most,I do NOT have any prostate issues and just last week one day I drank coffee all day and that night I got about 4 hours sleep and then got up EVERY HOUR after that to pee ..i know cuz I looked at the clock every time, some nights I get up once or twice and other many, same thing in the day, but yea preworkouts and drinking lots of gatorade, coffee or tea will do it.
Drinking gallon and a half of water a day I'm pissing every 30min, or could be the BCAAs Creatine and everything else I'm taking but don't care.
