Add in 2 Tablespoons Chocolate LBAs to sweeten it up and add flavor. Then add in Pine apple and oranges. oh god! Seriously one of my favorite meals right now haha
I tried a couple were pretty good. I'm not sure about Greek but some of the other ones are LOADED with sugar, like 30+ grams, so I stopped eating them. How much in Greek?

I was just looking at Yoplaits Greek online. Not real big on 18g of sugar, 19g of carbs, and just 12 grams of protein. Not worth double the price imo when I could buy protein bars cheaper with more protein and no carbs and sugar.
If you can't find Greek yogurt you can just line a collander with paper towels and empty a lb of plain Dannon or whatever you got into the collander and let it sit. Before Greek yogurt was widely available this is what my family did (we're Greeks). Change out the paper towels once or twice to be sure to get the max amount of water out and you're g2g. Just my 2 cents and HTH....
