If you have Trader Joe's in your area check out their brand. It's way cheaper than others, and like the rest of their brand products, it's high quality. The nonfat (lowfat, maybe?) plain is so good with some mandarin oranges and a packet of stevia. Yum yum yum, delicioso! Straight bodybuilder dessert.

See what you guys did. Now I have to go hit 'em up for some Greek yogurt today.

I like Greek Yogurt. Been getting Dannon Greek Yogurt locally 5 for5 (the small ones of course). Ive tried all the others too and like them with the exception of the high price tag.

cottage cheese, greek yogurt, choc whey, and a little splenda sweetend choc syrup all blended up, leave in fridge over night and youv got some awesome night time pudding!

Love it with the honey but I usually get the bigger tubs without and just add my own local honey.

Junk? Mine is 18g of protein a serving and is all natural (Chobani) Why is it junk? How much protein per 6 oz of Fage? I just saw it's 15g compared to 18g for Chobani. Everything else is the same except for the sodium of 80mg compared to Fage's 65mg. I get mine for $1.00 a piece for the 6oz size. I found it to be the best value around here.

Haven't tried Chobani yet ,but Trader Joe's is weak, flavor wise, compared to Fage Total Classic.

I'd go for the Fage over any protein shake any day.

x2. My personal preferences rank something like: Fage > Oikos > Chobani > Yoplait/Danon. A cup of plain Fage + a few tablespoons of Chocolate LBA = absolutely incredible.

It's difficult for me to imagine a fat-free dairy product tasting like anything other than ass, but I'll give this stuff a try some time.
