Greens formula

How do you guys incorporate fat so you will absorb all the fat soluble vitamins when juicing?
Does anyone add Coconut Oil, Red Palm Oil, Mac Nut Oil, or EVOO?
 
I covet the vitamix. QVC sells it all the time. Just so damn expensive. And I don't have the extra funds. Someday. As far as fiber, a juicer separates the juice and fiber. You drink the juice and get rid of the fiber. Had one years ago, very hard to clean. A vitamix liquidfies it all into juice.

I use Coconut oil just spoon eat a table spoon or raw almonds . About to add Red Palm oil.
Ive been cooking meats in avocado oil since it has a high smoke rate. And sometimes have juice with a meal.

I usually allow my grass fed beef to just cook in its own fat that comes off it. Or sometimes, since I am cooking on low to medium heat, I will coat it in olive oil to hold the spices when I'm doing burgers for example. I love cooking burgers in the pan mixed with onion powder, worcestershire sauce, and montreal steak seasoning. You think I'm alright low to medium heat with olive oil on the meat?

Yeah low heat (you are making me hungry lol) for olive oil unless you want to caramelize the onions than mixing grass fed butter increases smoking point. The fat in beef can handle 400 degrees.

something like tenderloin and chicken breast sir fry look into avocado oil Costco has a great deal on it.

Hell no! I hate onions...especially caramelized! Just Grass Fed BEEF!
