I've been checking out Charles Poliquin's website and digging up other info on the 10 sets of 10 method. Everything I've read claims it's excellent for hypertrophy, but the guys I've seen showing how to do the routine on youtube are kinda scrawny! However it still intrigues me, have any of you used it? What were your results?
