Yes, i just talk with him concerned about my size and looking flat at the legs, chest and arms, he sayd it is a tieme when you dont look as much good as you use to and not bad either (he called the stage i am with a name but i forgot it) so i do have to wait untill the fat is gone and the muscles gets more rounded in the next few weeks.

He also sayd to one of my friend that i am not going to look as big as i look at my last show but i'll be in real condition, and thats all i want, just show striations like i used to do years ago, under 2.8% bf.

Your still down with it? Have you gone to a Dr. for some meds? like a strong antibiotic? The flu strain we had around here took 3 weeks to get over even with meds. I hope you get something in your system soon.

I am feeling better today, just coughing a little to trow out the green aliens off, after a strong Atibiotic- Mucinex treatment with Vic's warm steam, Chicken soup ( no carbs, just vegies) . I kept my diet, no training and cardio for 3 days, i will start tomorrow again, and also train my people and try to make some money this week.

I am pretty strong but i didnt notice a big difference beacouse i am training very fast and as heavy as i can. Some times i rest 30 secs btween sets and others i rest 1 minute, always changing the routines, supersets, tri sets, partial sets, even giant sets.

It is just i am always flat, gloutes and hams looks soft, but since the last week i started feeling a bit of pump when i train.

I DO MISS CARBING UP!!!!
