Just got the call form my training partner he is in the top3 LHW class


its between him ,Dim and one other guy for the LHW class. they said all the pros are telling him that he will take 2nd.

They said they keep them out for longer than any other class. and BIG C went head to head with DIM.

man this guy didnt even make the top 15 last year. works as a pipe welder 40 hours a week take care of 2 kids. Had personal problems happen 4 weeks out and still rock the show. there was a time he told me he was dropping out because of the personal problems I wouldnt let that happen. I made sure I was at the gym everyday putting him through his workouts and keeping him focused.

man I am so pumped for him. Its been a long 15 weeks for the both of us.

and a big thanks for skip advice at the last min. I owe you a big one bro. any time any were I mean it

Yeah Dim looked good..Quads were pretty good but his tri's are out of wack..
