Ive started the syntheselen recently and have been trying to find more information on heptaminol and all of its medicinal effects. Im looking for advantages but more importantly adversive or harmful effects. Ive also read conflicting information which could just be misprinted or improper medical terminology..
As i understand it acts as a vasopressor increasing peripheral vascular resistance and subsequently blood pressure. It is also a positive inotrope increasing myocardial contractility. In studies it can be useful in septicemia by improving vascular tone that has been severely dilated due to systemic bacteremia secrete metabolic byproduct toxins.
Also can be used clinically in the weaning phase of inotropes and vasodilatory infusions that have been used to maintain adequate blood pressure and end organ perfusion in severely ill patients. It can reduce the weaning timeframe and help prevent rebound and vascular collapse.
Orthostatic hypotension as well.
Ok so those are some of the clinical applications. Now for the individuals utilizing it for performance applications im interested in knowing what other medicinal advantages or dangers can be obtained with its use.. Ie can it be cardioprotective or protecting vascular health and endothelial health? Could it protect renal, neurological health? Could it alter certain enzymatic reactions or inhibit or potentiate other hormones or systems? Could it alter hematology, cell counts or platelet activity?
Anyone of these things could be negative. Could it be carcinogenic or mutagenic over time?
Im just trying to spark some more conversation on this compound to learn more and possibly others may know something different..
So far ive really liked my syntheselen synthethine combo, feel quite good and havent had any adverse effects.
Thanks all!
Kevin
