Hey all you mass freaks. I joined about a week ago and and I'm very impressed with this site and the members. I have been bodybuilding for 10 years so I have lots of experience but still lots to learn. I look forward to posting and getting to know you guys. I'm 6ft 260lbs from Canada so be easy on the northern jokes lol.

I will definitely post how I progress. I have roughly 4 months of offseason left if I decide to compete in our provincial/national qualifier show. Looking to bring home the overall title. Been 7 years since I competed last. Took some time to fill out my frame.
