How I eat January through March at 100%. April to June at 90%. July to December at 80%. I can stay lean all year on this. Of course, the GH helps too.

Jk, jk... Coming from a similar background I was definitely the super fat adolescent type that had to start with an 80/20 approach then once got things in order I started losing weight WAY faster eating totally clean.

Also eating clean made me more accountable. If I ate a cookie my inner fatty would take over and say "well you already had one, why not just eat the box"

It's frustrating to see ripped guys on social media flexing with their "epic cheat meals". I've called people out for that, because I think it sends the wrong message (actually multiple wrong messages).

One way to get a ton of followers, is to tell people what they want to here. "You don't need to eat tons of protein" "You can enjoy the foods you love and still get in shape" "You don't have to train heavy" etc.

90/10 is more sustainable…. Imo…. Yes weak minded BUT most of the time ur dealing with normal people who dont do any of this for money and dont touch peds but are just soccer moms and dads who wish to be big again or loose some fat

Blame the owner not the dog. I had pitbull for 17 years he was more gentle and loving then 99% of dogs i knew, but i gave him a lot of love.

My Main coon will probably be 12 kg in 3 years. My friend has one that is 15 kg. Biggest in Romania. I never seen a cat so huge.
