I'm on year-round. I go higher on doses before a show. I feel very healthy on this current cycle. The lowest I go is around 1500mg a week. Highest I've gone is 6500mg...very bad idea...was always ill.

Hi, Minister! My belief on gear is to take as many different types of injectibles as I can get my hands on, in a moderate dose, in order to hit as many receptors as possible without oversaturating any one receptor. I avoid orals as they make me feel ill in any dose. My current weekly stack consists of 300mg test enan, 300mg test cyp, 300mg deca, 300mg eq, 400mg masteron enan, 400mg primobolan depot, 175mg tren ace, 175mg inject dbol, 175mg inject anadrol, 175mg stanazol, 250mcg ghrp2 2x a day, 100mcg mod grf(1-29) 2x daily, 4ius riptropin(2ius 10min after each peptide shot...one shot upon waking, one before bed, sometimes pwo also.) Alot of stuff...hahaha:D

Well , I would say that is quite a bit of gear, but whatever it is you are running it definitely works, How in the world can you afford all that all year long? I am 47 and I run a few cycles a year . I try to do it as economic and efficient as possible . I really like this approach , many different compounds at smaller doses , I am going to try that next time. I really think this makes sense. Do you run blood work regularly?, and How bad does this approach affect your BP? Sorry about the many questions .God bless you bro. Minister.

I don't like to show pics because my legs need alot of improvement. I watch Pete Ciccone, P.D. Devers, and Derrick Farnsworth train their legs while I train and I am very humbled by their incredible mass and seperations. Those guys take leg training to another level...tons of volume, tortuous high reps, heavy heavy-ass weight. They inspire the hell out of me!!! But I know in my heart that one day I will catch them...it may be very unrealistic with my knees, but I'll never give up trying.

Ask whatever questions you want...Actually, the gear from GAULS and SPARTAN are incredibly affordable. The hgh is the part that breaks the bank. I'm bad as far as blood work. It's been years. For my blood pressure, I take clonidine hcl and norvasc. The clonidine keeps the water retention down by blocking aldosterone. Both meds dialate my blood vessels. I sometimes take cialis on legs days to further dialate my blood vessels and help prevent a heart attack.

It's good to see someone in your shape at your height too! I thought you were gonna be 5.6 or similar! Queefer too as a great physique and is tall for a bb. I am 6ft 2/3 so it gives me insipration.
 
Thanks hahaha...my arms used to be my worst body part. At my first show my friends made fun of them. So I began training them like a fiend, but it did little to help them grow. So, I began to train differenly. I would do my arms after every upperbody workout...just one exercise for bis and one for tris...3-6 total sets...perfect form, holding the oeak contraction for a second at the top...12-20 reps, moderate weight, never heavy. I also began injecting my bis with all my gear, everyday. That turned to be overkill as my bis got obscene while tris tris stayed the same. Now I inject bis one day, tris the next. I make sure to move the shots all the way around the tri horse shoe, and go back and forth between the inner and outer head of the bi. I inject at different depths...1", 1.25", 1.5", etc. I try to keep everything looking the correct shape and masdage the oil in very well.. I stay lean yearround. Im trying to get that Andreas Muntzer look...without ending up dead like him. ;)

so do you not have a day for biceps just train them every upperbody day? also i greatly apprecaite all the info you have shared in this thread. :star-w:rs

I train arms the way I mentioned...after every upperbody day for a couple months. Then, I go back to training them once a week for a couple months. I believe that alternating between a period of overtraining them, then a period of undertraining them, actually shocks the muscles into growing. But when I go into the once a week training mode, I still do vert few sets...lately, my bis are destroyed after 5-6 sets. Tris, I do around 8 sets. It's all about using perfect form...full stretch with a slow negative, and a nice moderat paced squeeze to the upperpart of the movement, with a strong contraction and hold. I only do isolation movements for bis...seated dumbell curls on an inclined bench with elbows licked in the down position, arms angled outward in a 45degree angle from the body, wrists turned down and locked in the down position, slowly squeeze each rep upward. You can't go heavy and use perfect form. Screw heavyweights. As Derick Farnsworth at my gym says, "Check your ego at the door!" Perfect form and a good 12-20 reps is what it's abouy. Girls go heavier than I do on arms. CREED can attest to thst as he was my training partner. Hahaha

I think you'll the way a low dose of several compounds feels. You feel very healthy on this type of cycle. Too much test...you get tired. Too much tren...you feel nausea. Too much stanazol...your joints hurt. Too much dbol or anadrol...nausea. Too much eq...nose bleeds. Too much deca...gyno and bye bye erections. And on and on...

I take ANIMAL PAK twice a day. It has everything in it...real good liver detox blend. I take NEXT GENERATION LBAs...12 servings a day. The glycerine is good for hydrating the kidneys...benezol alcohol, which all inject gear has, is hard on the kidneys. I found rat studies proving it destroys the kidneys and killed the rats when dosed too high. If you make your own gear, be very careful not to use too much b.a.. Alit of the old fina kits used way too much b.a.. I had blood in my urine from a batch of homemade fina that contained way too much b.a. I also take chondroitin/glucosamine..does wonders for my knees.

I used to manage a supplement shop so have tried most things. I keep it simple now and just take animal paks too. Really great feeling on them. I also have glucosamine and fish oil and thats about it. I am swopping over to Animal flex for my joints too. Animals omega pak is far too expensive and I would prefer my fishoil anyway.

You should be fine on deca at that dose. I went up to 1400mg deca per week just to see what would happen...no dick issues, but my nipples started getting sore, so I backed it down. I think even 50mg per week is enough to lubricate the joints.

GAULS is the most responsible sponsor I have used. Got in with him 3 years ago. He has given me somewhere around 500ccs of free gear...a real generous man!!!
 
amazing, can you give us an idea on your eating habits? protein intake, carbs, types of foods etc? just wondering, how much did you weigh when you were younger like in highschool and 20's

I like lots of volume for legs..it's what works for me..here is my routine.

Leg Extension 4 sets 10 to 12 reps – Warm up good. Squeeze your reps
2. DEEP Squats 4 sets 10 to 12 reps –. After 2 failure sets – rep out 225 for 15 reps for 2 sets
3. Deep Wide (wide stance – knees coming way back outside of body) Leg press 4 sets 12 reps

4. Deep Wide Hack Squats 4 sets 12 reps
5. Seated Leg Curls – 4 sets 10 to 12 rep
6. Lying Leg Curls – 4 sets 10 to 12 reps
7. Stiff leg dead lifts – 4 sets 12 reps
