amazing, can you give us an idea on your eating habits? protein intake, carbs, types of foods etc? just wondering, how much did you weigh when you were younger like in highschool and 20's
you only eat 3 meals daily and they're mostly liquid..,,any reason for this in particular?
I started lifting weights just before my 19th birthday. I was very skinny with literally no muscle what so ever. I weighed 140Lbs at 6'0". It took me 6 months of lifting just to look average. Hahaha...It was very difficult for me to build muscle and I've never been strong. The most I've ever benched or squated was 315Lbs. My gift is in my tiny joints, which gives my muscles the illusion of being bigger than they are.
My diet is extremely strict and pretty much all liquid yearround. I have 3 meal types and I consume one of these meals every 2-3 hours, 24 hours a day. MEAL 1: 2 scoops myofusion protein by gaspari, with 2 scoops instant oats. MEAL 2: 2 scoops carnivore beef protein, with 2 scoops instant oats. MEAL 3: 1 scoop myofusion, 1 scoop(4 servings) NEXT GENETATION LBAs from trueprotein.com, 1 cup steamed minute rice w/salsa. I take 2 ANIMAL PAKS a day, 2 kre-alkaline creatine caps preworkout, and 3 glucosamine/chondroitin tabs per day. This is my daily diet. I may have one cheat meal a month, but try to avoid cheating until my body tells me I need it.
1 of 3 meal types every 2 - 3 hours probably fastest digesting easiest to consume if i were guessing.
great one Jjb1! seen you post in other threads and had been asking you q's. How much have you experienced with peps?

Thank you, Elvia!!! I consume 2Lbs of water with each drink/meal. So, I wake up every 2-3 hours to go to the bathroom anyway...time for a meal. Hahaha...keeps my metabolism fast.So obviously you wake yourself up in the night every 3 hours to have one of those meals? An unusual approach but it is definately working. I agree with many who write about good quality whole foods for their diets (common subject on here). But this goes to show any form of eating can be effective. Keep it up. Your becoming one of my fav members... your posts are refreshing and with no bullshit attached
Just noticed... what fat do you have in the day?
How many days a week do you train?
Hey I was wondering how you keep your acne under control? Or is acne not a problem for you? BTW man you look great

Would it be beneficial to someone 26 yo to start taking peptides (GH with GH releasing)? With not that big cycle history (5 cycles). Or it's better to stay with AAS till like 30-35 yo?
The goal is just to look good, nothing crazy massive.
