Hgh dosing while working nights

Whats up everyone,
So how would you run your gh while working nights? Would you stick with dosing twice a day just in reverse, or take just post workout. My schedule is 10-630am- train at about 745am but don't actually go to sleep till about 12 noon.

Im going to run 4 iu's for now until i start my cycle mid may. Test-var-hcg-t3.

Im going to hold out any 19 nor's as i have read a lot of members having igf issues on their bloods.

Basically I would love to hear any thoughts or advice, perhaps anyone who happens to work a nightshift. Thanks brothers
 
How were you planning to run it normally? If dosing before sleep then just dose at noon-ish when you go to bed.
 
to expand on my previous post, I dont think one's circadian rythms matter much when dosing exogenous GH.
 
Me personally I dose it preworkout or post.
I do cardio so I take it pre most of the time and before bed on my days off. I work nights too.
A lot of ppl complicate things; just inject it.. you're at least going to see 99% results

I do IM, biceps and triceps , usually. on my off days, I pin before bed In the AM
 
Thanks brother, any other insight while running gh, food timing, adding aas. Perhaps aas u like to or what anyone finds whats compounds you like to run while on. I know everyone is different just curious to hear from different people.
I usually try to stick to lower dosages after running heavy and long cycles. Thanks boys

Dont make this into rocket science brother..no offense.

Stick to a tried and true diet method, gear that you think works best for you, train hard and recover.

All this timing stuff is really blown out of proportion.

If I were you I would take it first thing when you wake for the day and again maybe 5-6 hours later.

Thanks man. I agree i was just curious about the time difference especially since my sleep is erratic while i work nights. Im just going to go with post wrkout for now.. well once it starts
