For those of you who compete do you run it year round in prep and off season?

are your doses the same.

if one can only afford to run 3-5 iu should it be saved for prep or off season to stay leaner and what not? my days of using the hgh for anabolism to get any bigger are over. just want to be wise and not run it year round and give the body a break.

I would run it during prep. it definitely helps keep you full while dieting.
 
I run it during prep 12-16 weeks 3-5iu a day

I wasn’t going to this time around but I been having shoulders issues; it might help
 
If I couldn't afford GH year round, I'd save it for precontest.
 
What about just running 1 iu to 2 iu a day for longevity and to help stay lean or you think we should all come off of hgh at some point for awhile. The most I’ve taken was 4 iu would take more but not too keen on the insulin route even though I think I could manage I haven’t reached that dark side yet...
 
MOST competitors i know (and myself) run it higher pre-contest than offseason.
Pre-contest can be anywhere from 4-10+.
Offseason is 2-5iu. Just allowing you to eat more food and process all those cals.
Boost that up for pre-contest...multiple shots per day too.

I run all year like HRT. It is really about affordability. I did a lot of protocols and I would run regular most of the year and when you go off season for Mass: I like the 3 x a week 10iu IM along with heavy, compound lifts and isolation work. I am sure I posted the experiments/protocols I’ve tried under log section or gh section. Really good (real user) info. Competitions are coming up quickly. Excited 👍🤙💪..

I think it depends on what your goals are and where your at. If I was trying to push for size or move up in a weight class I would run GH year around. Use GH and slin off season. It has allowed me to eat more food with out the excess fat gain.
If your happy with size and weight class then just pre contest would be ideal.

If I have to speak from experience young bodybuilders who are growing (freaks like Nick etc) take a lot of gh all year round, 16iu pharma or 25-30iu generic. Bodybuilders who are already the right size don't use much gh. Offseason usually 6-8iu, before the competition 8-10iu, of course, we are talking about pharma because if it is generic the doses are higher

How much do you feel 10ius of generics ED benefits someone? Like is it a night and day difference over just an aas cycle?

in the next few months, the difference will be huge after adding 10iu gh

If you do go up slowly. If you don’t you’ll be crippled with sides. You also obviously need to use insulin at such a dose otherwise you’ll become resistant pretty quick.

this! jumping up to fast bloat's the fuck out of me and hands start to cramp and blodsugar gets fucked more extreme.

Dont just JUMP TO 10iu.
Up it 1-2iu and see how you feel for a couple days. Slowwwwly bring that up or youll see/feel sides.
