Hey my friends, i start carb up today with 224 i look harder and bigger and better symetry and i will compete with 235 , this time i hope to dont make the same mistake, i will eat a lot like i use to carb up with water.

Who are going to be there???
I hope to find dream tan there, and some help to paint my back bc i travel alone this time.

Good Luck Heinz. Great to meet you in NY. I wont be at this show as my sons birthday was last week and i had to fly home as I wouldn't miss that for the world!
BK, not sure if Luke is doing this show or not, he mentioned money and visas in NY. If he got that sorted in time, he may be there.
