good stuff

My old lady has made a few pizzas with the cauliflower crust and they were pretty legit, would have to say give it try if you're on the fence.

try it

They are good, i do know it was a little work for the old lady cut she had to mince the cauliflower, boil, then strain with a cheese cloth, then add some cheese and press flat.

Something like that, there are a lot of recipes for it on the inter webs.

I previously made cauliflower rice and mashed cauliflower, pretty much tasteful and you can make "fried rice" with it and the mashed cauliflower is almost as good as the real deal made with pots.

I tried these last year when the crust were made from chicken , they were good but ALOT of water cooked out of them so it was best to make them in a toaster oven on the rack with a pan under them.

I got n email a while back saying they redid their crust for it would not be as soggy

They were pretty good considering but they gave me terrible gas

My wife has made a couple cauliflower pizzas and I thought they were pretty good! I’ve also had the cauliflower mashed and it was also pretty good! The cauliflower rice is my Favorite….i have it a couple of times a week….we also make “fried rice” with it!

We just picked up a bunch of these on sale at our Kroger store. They are pretty good but it seems they are discontinuing them around here because they were marked down big time. Our local supplement store carries them as well though. The macros are great for my last meal of the day.

Did you find them in the frozen section with the other regular pizzas?

Thanks for posting this!!! I'm going to buy some for my son who struggles to get enough protein.

I have made them with a crust from a combination of fat free cheese, some parmesan cheese, and some fat free cream cheese (with oregano and other spices). Good but a lot of work.

I bought one (the 3-Cheese variety) today. Kroger had it for $5.99, and the whole pizza has 460 calories IIRC and 50g of protein!
