i took low carb jello instant pudding
one choc one vanilla, mixed with super skim milk roughly 120g whey iso, then mixed into the pudding, its runny but its a decent snack for me when my sweet tooth hits
see im still new at the whole diet thing, i need this shit to taste good, esp seeing that my step dad owns some of the most successful italian restaraunts in the PGH area, so i need taste to be a concern in my cooking, sodium in not worried abt, just bad carbs and fats
when i cook my ground meat Ala DCs forum suggestion, i rinse under HOT water to further remove the fats, then it tastes like ground up monkey ass, so i throw in some manwich and hot sauce, it makes it go down easier than a porn star on prom night.
