i want to post my before and after pics from the past 8 weeks of training it has been a big improvement and i want to see what you guys think.. so if someone can tell me how to put my pics up id be so thankful im not very computer savy

Go to the members photo section and hit open new thread. From there type in what you want as the title and body of your test. then in the tool bar at the top of the thread you are typing in look for the paper clip icon. Click that and it will ask you to load an image. Browse button and pic yopu photos out of where you have them in your puter. Then hit the upload button.
