How do you flavor your protein?

I get stomach issues from artificial sweeteners and stevia. So I buy unflavored whey.

For some reason it foams too much in my blender.
Raw cocoa upsets my stomach.
I tried pb2 but that bothers me too.

Any other ideas ?

I just use the flavoring system that TN has in place.

nesquick, chocolate syrup if you dont mind some sugar.

instant coffee with some torani syrup

How about something like blueberries?

They add a lot of good nutrients and flavor, but only minimal calories in small portions. Maybe stuff like vanilla extracts?

Thankfully I have no issues. Good luck, brother:)

When I bought unflavored powder I just threw a scoop in my mouth and chugged some water.

Why the blender? It's gonna taste like ass...might as well get it over with quick

I use flavored whey powders but as far as stuff like liquid egg whites i use Walden farms chocolate syrup. Used to use LBA's when i had them.

For the foaming...don't use a blender. Whips it up way too much. Use a shaker bottle. And make it about ten minutes in advance of when your going to drink it so all the foam dissipates

ill give you a whole bunch of one pound samples of different proteins and different flavors with sucralose....and you can try things out and see what works

on the house (youve been a long time pro muscle member...no problem)

you could be one of those people with the rare whey intolerance...its rare but it definitely happens.

we can try pea protein isolate egg white 50 50
and a bunch of different mixes....we will figure it out

Synthepure is unflavoured and I love the taste (just mix with water). I did used to use it a lot in fruit smoothies so would flavour it that way. All the other proteins I get are flavoured so I don't need to. Anything can work though such as dark chocolate powder, fruit syrups, flavouring products, squeezed lemon etc.

Sounds like you have a sensitive stomach or digestive issues. Have you tried probiotics or digestive enzymes?
