this will probably be one of the dumber post of mine... yesterday I decided i was gonna do 250mg sus in each shoulder then go straight to gym and hit shoulder HIT done about 30 sets, I can barly scrtach my nose now they are in so much pain... is this even a good idea. or a good thing thta I did this... im sure something like prop would have been way more practical but both cheeks and lateral section of legs are hurting so I tried it out with the sus in shoudlers.. anyoen think this maybe gave me slighltly more benefit fromt he workout the pain/pump was unbearable but not sure how good that even is......

If you're going to site inject the muscle like that I'd probably go ahead and inject post workout. Can't be good if it tore you up that bad.

is this ur first time hitting shoulders in general or first time with sus? i prefer to do things the way you did, inject then workout

The only site effect you will get from esterfied gear (prop OR sust) is maybe some fascia stretching and swelling from irritation. Which may be enough to make it worth doing.
To have any real localized growth, the gear has to be non-ester like ref-b, winny, suspension, TNE.

agree with mikes, but i still do like gear, whether esterfied or not i the delts as it does seem to help them grow through fascia stretching

Usually after a good shoulder workout I cannot touch my nose either and I love it!!! I llike to shoot and then go to the gym usually I get less soreness the next day doing it this way! It might hurt the first few times doing it this way but you will get used to it! Also since you putting blood in the muscle and moving it around the oil will disperse faster and less chance of a infection! As told to me by a doctor!
