this will probably be one of the dumber post of mine... yesterday I decided i was gonna do 250mg sus in each shoulder then go straight to gym and hit shoulder HIT done about 30 sets, I can barly scrtach my nose now they are in so much pain... is this even a good idea. or a good thing thta I did this... im sure something like prop would have been way more practical but both cheeks and lateral section of legs are hurting so I tried it out with the sus in shoudlers.. anyoen think this maybe gave me slighltly more benefit fromt he workout the pain/pump was unbearable but not sure how good that even is......
