this question kills me.
I usually ask what they are working today, yesterday and tomorrow. Usually its bench today,curls tommorrow, repeat. I try to tell them in order to really grow you should do deadlifts and squats. It never fails that they reply that squats are bad for the knees and deadlifts are bad for the back. I laugh and wish them luck.
