We've all tried different routines, but how and when do you know you have stumbled onto something good? Do you use subjective things like how it feels? Do you judge it by whether you are able to consistently add weight to the bar? Do you stick with it long enough to see if the tape measure and scale proves it is working? What is YOUR criteria for judging a new workout routine? Thanks!
