HOW LONG DO YOU STAY OFF..

IVE SEEN THREADS ON HOW LONG PEOPLE STAY"ON" FOR, BUT GUYS HOW LONG ARE YOU "OFF" BETWEEN CYCLES ?
 
11 months OFF 1 month on works great for me!

Honestly it depends on dosage and duration age and expereince level with the hormones.

I never liked long cycles, or long time off.
 
He recently noticed I have been off for 7 months, not a year... So 7 so far, with plans of going on maybe sometime next year.

My goals with BBing have more to do with what I can keep, than what I can gain.

Time on doesn't have to equal time off. It can be more or less. Some people only cycle while dieting and not when bulking. Others cycle continuously. Others do the 8 week on, 8 week off thing. Methods vary almost from one person to the next. Others do a long cycle and then come off androgens and replace with peptides and growth factors.

I try to fully recover my HPTA at least twice a year or more. Recovering my normal axis is something I care about. But year after year my levels are falling anyway because I'm headin' to forty. If you don't care about recovering your endogenous levels, then there's no reason to cycle at all as long as you coordinate your actions with a doc who is sympathetic and gets you the bloodwork you need to stay healthy and make adjustments. In that case, you'd just stay on (TRT or HRT).
 
Been off for a couple of hours now,trying to hang in there...im getting the shakes.
 
I stay off just long enough to get hard again...then I am back on like Donkey Kong:cool:

this is exactly what i do. i always run a solid PCT regiment and usually recover pretty quickly. as soon as i do, its back on.
 
Time on = time off. And with short cycles, its easier to follow this.

That's what I do always a 5-8week cycle & then off for the same time
 
The way I see it everyone doing the time on=time off cycles may as well be on all the time. If you are on 10 weeks with a moderate/heavy cycle and takes 10 weeks off. Time your natural levels get back to normal and your body adjust it will be 10 weeks and then you start back up. So you really never actually recover because the time you do you back on. So I would just bridge with 200mg test a week for the off time and give your liver,kidneys etc. whole body a rest from the higher dosages for 10 weeks with a 200mg week cruise and lift a little lighter during the cruise also if you use periodization in your training to give the body a rest and lift heavy while on.

Im 27 and I care deeply about recovering endogeneous levels.. I may do a 12 week cycle but i seriously take a good 12 to 24 weeks off... 2 cyles a year
