3-4 on hard weeks in the gym, 2-3 on moderately hard weeks and 2 bottles during planned rest weeks in which i just go to the gym to get blood flowing to the muscles and not stress the cns or lower back
Using about 1-1.5 bottles/week now. As a college student, I just can't manage to get in any more than that for obvious financial reasons. And I have to agree Phil, I just got in my first Banana and WOW IT IS BY FAR THE BEST!!
