i usauly do every day vary from 30 min to 2 hours, but sometimes take a day off due to sore calves and shins, so was curious if some of ya just keep it regular to 5 or 6 days
 
isnt lifting enuff for cardio?
 
I think, always. 2 or 3 days a week at 75-80% of Max. Lower than that, I just skip it altogether.

I did high-intensity cardio for a few years and even endurance sports before coming back to BBing. That high intensity shit just ate the muscle off me. and my BF wasn't that much better.

Leaner now with WAY less cardio.
