How many excercises for quadriceps?

I'm doing only 2 excercises for quads. Squats/hack squats and leg extension. I do them always to faillure and go very deep. So the days after i will feel (good) pain in my quadriceps.

I have seen the legroutine of a Mr usa. The dude does 5 excercises for the quadriceps. Must i do that, i can't get out of my bed the next day. I think 5 is to many, but 2 is to less. So... Would 3 excercises be enough?

Need some advice...

for quads and hammies? i do 5 altogether. presses, extensions, hacks, siff deads, an curls. just don't do too many sets for each.

IF YOU ARE SORE AS HELL ALREADY....WHY DO MORE? YOU MIGHT BE ONE OF THOSE LUCKY FELLAS WHO DOESN'T NEED TO DO A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT EXERSIZES! I READ WHAT OTHERS DO AND NEXT THING YOU KNOW I AM DOING TOO MUCH AND I STOP GROWING. EVEN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS I START FALLING INTO THAT TRAP. DO WHAT YOU ARE DOING.....ARE YOU DOING HAMSTINGS ON A SEPARATE DAY OR WHAT? DIDN'T SEE ANY SPECIFIC HAM WORK MENTIONED IN YOUR POST. [ALTHOUGH THEY DO GET WORKED TO SOME DEGREE WITH THE EXERCISES YOU LISTED] JUST WONDERING. IN COLLEGE I KNEW THIS LITTLE ORIENTAL GUY WHO SQUATTED AND DID HAM CURLS AND HIS LEGS WERE TERRIFIC. [HE WENT NO HEAVIER THAN 275 ON THE SQUAT, JUST REAL DEEP....AMAZING]

I do 3 exercises for quads (extensions,presses,hack squats ) sometimes I rotate front squats with hacks for some variation for hams 3 exercises (leg curls,stiff-leg deads,single leg curls) all of these exercise are performed in a HIT style

If you get sore from that then im with the saying "If it aint broke dont fix it" In the future, if you want to add some kick. Try this

3x warmup squats
1xmainset + rest/pause
1main set leg presses + rest/pause
1mainset hacksquates + rest/pause

Thats killer.

I do 3 excercises for harmstrings: stiff-legged deathlift, lying legcurl with both legs, lying legcurl with one leg.

I'm gonna stick to one bodypart once a week, but it feels that i could hit my harmstrings twice a week.
